As your Mayor in Jacksonville, I will do away with any position in the Mayors office that is unnecessary including the out of state consultant and hire an Economic Development Specialist to aid in attracting employers, manufacturing and expanding retail centers. We must do better in supporting small and large businesses alike. Continue to build and expand our relationship with the Chamber of Commerce to foster an improved economic environment in which businesses can thrive. We have lost too many small businesses and we can do better.
