Ascension update: Our bodies continue to adjust to the new energetic consciousness that came in with the New Moon and solar flares last week. My clients are reporting headaches, tightness in the stomach, solar plexus and shoulders, dizziness, fainting, fatigue, bloating, nausea, red eyes, watering eyes, pressure behind the eyes, feeling vulnerable, wild and rapid emotional mood swings, throbbing throat, feeling like one is getting the flu, heart palpitations, aching heart, lots of crying, grief and anger. Phew! Quite a week of clearing and integration so far! Generally it takes about 10 days for consciousness to settle into the body and cells - so we are almost there! And the weather is shifting as well to warmer temperatures so that will help to regain our stamina and courage back for the next round! So what does all this clearing for a new energy mean? It means we are all opening our hearts and bringing more love to the surface. We are also learning about living in the present, instead of in the past or future. We are opening the doorway to our hearts wider and deeper than ever before and bringing in more unity! I know it is hard to stay positive with all of the mental, emotional and physical symptoms - but this energy will integrate fully soon! It is definitely a night for Healthy Boundaries tea with honey!
