Ash has asked: My baby is 11 weeks old now and exclusively breastfed. He only poops once a week (which I heard is normal) but the problem is his gas. I always know when he is going to poo because the two nights prior he has a hard time with gas the passing of which seems very painful! He screams, his face turns red and his whole body tenses up until he passes gas then relaxes and sleeps till he needs to fart again. He constantly needs me through the night to settle him and I find myself just putting him in bed with my husband and I because as uncomfortable as that may be at least he cries less and we get SOME sleep. How do I help ease his pain? Ive tried bicycling his legs etc but the only them that helps him is when he finally poos! And they are always MASSIE weekly build ups LOL
