Ashish Kumar Sharma ke liye vishesh roop se (vandana yadav ki post what is the meaning of life ke sandarbh mein.........) “what is life.........???????” According to John Lennon metaphysically we can say that “life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans.” Actually life is a characteristic that distinguishes objects that have signaling and self-sustaining process (i.e. living organism) from those that do not, either because such functions have caused (death), or else because they lack such functions and are classified as inanimate. Actually it is still a challenge for scientists and philosophers to define life in an unequivocal term. Defining life is difficult in part because life is a process, not a pure substance. Thus when we will think metaphysically about life then our emphasis will be on the reality of life; source of life etc. when we will think epistemologically about life then our emphasis will be on the questions like what is the process of life? , how we can know about life? , what are the methods to know about life? , how life start? Etc. ethically we will focus on the value of life and under this aspect, questions like what is the value of life? , how values are useful for life, how life and value are related each other? Will be considered. Aesthetically our focus will be on the beauty of life and with this aspect of philosophy we will try to find the beauty of life. Logically our way of thinking about life will be different because logic is concern the question of reasoning.
