They told me last year was the first ever Tour de Cure in Hawaii and it was in September. This year is going to be in November, due to another cycling event held there in September, so its a little flexible. I told them I was looking at bringing a group to Hawaii in 2016 and some of us are interested in riding in Tour de cure Hawaii. They have added me to their email list and are giving my contact info to the ADA director in Hawaii & will let me know asap about 2015 and then 2016 when it becomes available. They usually know the date for the next years event one year in advance. So, it depends on the date and the kids school calendar whether we go for the Tour de Cure Hawaii. Otherwise, we will plan to just go for vacation and of course to visit my bff Ashley E Chewning & Cary Chewning & my Godchildren . They also told me they work with a local bike shop in Honolulu, Boca Bikes, that will rent bikes for the Tour. If anyone is interested in joining us, or knows anyone else who might be, let me know. Whew. Lots of info but getting excited already!!!!!!!!
