Asi se hace ejercisios en los barrios. People are ripped and in shape in countries where they are too poor to afford fancy gyms and weights. So how do they get in shape you might ask? By picking your own body up! This is why I love Calisthenics and Street Workout. It reminds me of how they workout in my home country. No need to lift heavy weights just lift yourself or a buddy up. I dedicate this one to all my home boys (and girls) that workout like this. No meat, no weights, yet still demonstrating raw strength.
