I had an expectation about this drama that this would break through my image in a good way. I thought showing my innocent role who cries and laughs just for love to those who think I’m cute or trendy sounds not bad. – What did you learn as an actor or as Jang Keun Suk? I learnt not everything in this world will follow our wish. That’s why we always need to be carefully considered, no matter what. – What did you lose or regret in this drama? Time. Room to breathe. At that time, I was not mentally stable, so I had no time for human relations and work as an actor. – What’s your most memorable line? I think “Love Rain” is a kind of drama we can’t just pick up one part. I think the whole story consists of each line. – If you remade this in 10 years, how would you want to do? I’d like to add more sophisticated feelings. I’m afraid the original was a bit analog, which was hard to attract viewers’ interest. After 10 years, I think it will be the ideal time to express analog, digital and more. I want to express the trends of that time. – What’s your most memorable scene, whether happy or sad? To shoot the modern part, we went to Hokkaido. It was so cold that made me enough to say some sad words naturally! I found the pain from my body could help to feel sad through this experience… – What was Jang Keun Suk like when playing in this drama? I was fighting alone. In order to stick to the end, I bit the bullet. In order not to lose myself, I desperately held on. You can see the sadness of Jang Keun Suk which is hard to be described by words. – For Jang Keun Suk, what does Love Rain mean? It’s the drama I’ve been tirelessly thinking of someone.....
