Asian Cherry Glazed Pork Salad (Uses DOLE® All Natural Asian Island Crunch Kit) There’s something mysterious and surprising about Asian cuisine. Here, we’ve paired pork with cherry, pineapple with ginger, sesame with almonds and added a noodle crunch. Add to the ambiance with some Asian-inspired bowls, chopsticks and simple, square plates. One taste says it all.Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 boneless pork chops, trimmed 1/4 cup cherry jelly 1 package DOLE® All Natural Asian Island Crunch Kit Juice from 1 small lemon Salt and freshly ground pepper to tasteDirections Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in an oven-proof, 10-inch skillet, over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and brown pork chops on both sides. Spread cherry jelly over each side of pork chops. Place skillet in oven; bake 5 to 7 minutes or just until cooked through. Transfer pork to carving board, reserving cooking juices. Once pork chop is room temperature, cut into thin strips; toss with juices in skillet. In a large bowl, toss together ingredients from DOLE All Natural Asian Island Crunch Kit. Add sliced pork and lemon juice. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Toss lightly and serve in shallow bowls.
