Aside from how Im doing physically today, EMOTIONALLY & MENTALLY I AM ELATED! Since Im not doing so hot I will post all the details in a bit. You all know I I won the case so the very next day they filled an appeal the very next day and appeals court is a totally different process. No lawyers or witnesses or even the plaintiff and defendant do not participate. 3 appellate Judges go over the original case and what the original Judge ruled and why etc. and they decide if there are grounds for appeal etc. This all would have been over a very very very long time ago if they didnt appeal but they did so months went by waiting for the final decision. As of January the 7th 2014 the court did not overturn the original decision! Meaning again they ruled in my favor! I guess they could have took it Supreme to try one last time to overturn thr ruling and my lawyer just called and told me that since the 30 days were up on February the 7th TODAY he received the official papers that thier time is up if they were going to try thier last resort and its finally all over! He was so happy for me because he knew this meant more than the world to me. I was crying so hard it was all I could do to Thank him about a billion times. When he first told me I busted out in the happiest tears ever and said Im finally getting my baby back!
