Ask Ballito: I would like a response from the community or authories. I was told today that one requires approved building plans for a 19kg gas bottle or bigger, when installed. Apparently the National Building Regulations stipulate that you only require plan approval for 90kg and over gas bottle. Such plan approval will cost in the region of R2000 and more. Time for plan approval can take anything up to 3 months and more. Can someone in the know advise if this is the real scenario. Karen
