Ask your retailer about this. Can they assure you that something is really what it claims to be? While many organic farms are superior to conventional, one thing to realize is that not all organic is organic. Not all grass-fed beef actually means grass-fed (did you know many grass-fed producers feed their animals soy, since soy is not considered a grain, but a legume, and thus allowed under many so called grass-fed certifications? Thats right, GM soy feed to so called grass-fed beef!).
