Asking again for everyones prayers. Cardiology is very impressed that Brooke has been able to tolerate the flolan dose getting all the way up to 57. They are repeating her echo TOMORROW to look for even a slight improvement to tell us if the flolan is helping. If it is, and she continues to maintain her sats in the 90s, it will be time to start weaning down on the oxygen and nitric. If there is no improvement, then we will know that the flolan is not going to help and there is nothing more we can do. Tomorrow is a big scary day. Im hopeful and scared shitless at the same time. Shes holding her own and maintaining her 02 sats and blood pressure...I pray those are indications that it is helping. This whole experience has been scary, but this is the most anxious I have been. 3 weeks tomorrow since this all started...please, dear God...
