Asking for continued prayers for baby Jasper. Went Monday for fetal echocardiogram and we should get results back tomorrow or Friday. Monday we got great news back from amniocentesis, the preliminary results were negative for Trisomy 13 and Trisomy 18. Positive for either is fatal or short life expectancy. God is great and I know that prayers were being heard and answered. The rest of amniocentesis results will not be in until our appointment on May 13. We know Jasper has club feet, and bilateral dilation of the kidneys vessels and his femurs are shorter than they are supposed to be. I have great faith in God that he can still heal this or he will show us the way to do what needs to be done so Jasper has best care he can get. After our great news Monday I feel a 100 pound weight has been lifted from my chest. I have great respect for parents who have children with a disability whether mental, physical and even the unseen ones. Its been a humbling experience that makes me realize how much a blessing a child is. I want to thank each and everyone who has thought of us and prayed.
