Asking for prayers for Cathy Boteler Phipps, her daughter posted a message last night that she was taken by ambulance for abdominal pain that shot around to her back. She was curled up in the fetal positions crying in pain. She went to LaPlata hospital. They ran tests did ct scan and gave her potassium. Her potassium was low. then she began to run a temperature spiking up to 104.2 when her daughter got there. The CT scan showed a mass in the main valve of her liver. They gave her pain meds to try to help with the pain but that didnt work they decided to transport her by Medevac to Baltimore, John Hopkins Hospital. Laplata hospital could not figure out why her temperature was spiking. Her daughter spoke with someone at Johns Hopkins this morning and she is stable and running tests. I will keep everyone informed as I hear from Tracey. Just keep praying for her!
