Asking for prayers tonight! My in-laws were babysitting my doxie Abra, and she ate a whole bag of candy that the stupid cat had knocked off the table. We called the emergency vet, and she said as long as shes vomiting (and she has - about 6 times), shes okay. If she STOPS vomiting and starts acting funny, we need to take her to the pet ER immediately. Shes acting fine now, just super lovey and is wanting extra cuddles (which shes getting of course). She even threw up the green beans she got as a snack this afternoon, so Im pretty sure everything is out of her poor little belly. This is nearly one year to the day that we had to put our first boy, Stan, to sleep due to IMHA and a spleen tumor, so my husband is basically inconsolable. Please pray that my little girl is okay! She seems to be on the mend, but I just would really appreciate the extra help from Heaven and all of you amazing doxie lovers who know how much she means to me!
