Asking prayers for my brother-in-law Keven and sister Audrey in Colorado. Tomorrow, July 23, Keven is having open heart surgery for a faulty valve, two blockages, and a maze procedure for afib. He recently started a new job which requires him to travel, so this is also a concern. Their daughter Mallory and her two little boys, ages 8 and 2, are living with them after leaving an abusive marriage. Mallory joined the Air Force reserves and is now in TX for boot camp in the sweltering heat. With her specialized training, she will be gone for six months total. Their other daughter Meegan and husband live in California and are expecting their first child in September. She will be flying to CO to help with the boys while Keven is in the hospital (5+ days). I wish I lived closer. Audrey and Keven are both 56, and being full time caregivers for these two active boys is a lot, even in the best of circumstances. They are very strong Christians but are starting to feel like Job! I know they will appreciate any and all prayers. Thanks.
