(The team members can and don’t have to be mentors for the high school girls, but the program requires their recruitment.) This profile is very focused on long-term relationship building, connecting with people, and has a customer focus. 3) PR and Marketing Team: - Developing marketing strategies for positioning the Aspire Club at the universities, promotion for the Club activities and recruitment. - Marketing profiles are creative, detail oriented, and good story-tellers. 4) Project Team: - Delivering the projects, events of the Club’s yearly plan and assist leader to execute the plan. Good Project Managers have time management skills, are able to prioritize, and are committed to results. Being able to multi task and be adaptable in their roles is the key> 5) Academic and TOT Team: - Working closely with HR team (they research about the needed knowledge) and developing the materials and delivering the knowledge to the Club members, becoming trainers and delivering the knowledge to University student.
