Assad warplanes carry out more airstrikes on refugees in Lebanon; Washington, international media remain silent as always... #Lebanon, 23-10-2014: Assad regime warplanes carried out more airstrikes in Lebanon today, with Lebanese news station MTV reporting that the Syrian regime air force launched airstrikes on Al-Ajram Al-Rahwa and Al-Kherbet on the outskirts of the town of Arsal. The town of Arsal and the surrounding areas are full of Syrian refugees, mostly women and children, who fled Assads Nakba mistakenly believing that they would find safety in Lebanon. With Lebanon and Assads other international backers imposing a media blackout, casualty figures are not known. As is usual, the Assad-allied Lebanese government and its allies in Washington which have given the Assad regime carte blanche to continue its genocide in Syria and to regularly carry out airstrikes in Lebanon and Iraq, as well as shooting down a Turkish plane in Turkish airspace last year, remained silent, along with the worlds media.
