Assalamu alaikum, ALL palz..........Daily call......After FAJR done...GO AND WORK OR FIND WAT 2 DO..2dayz issue is abt RASCISM/ DICRIMINATION AT WORKPLACE ....n dis may be due to colour,age, gender, religion, physcal disability. Itz upon u 2 read n understand very well co/orgnal policy on racism/discrimination. U shd kn hw 2 manage racism situationz n de type of actions 2 be taken aganist pipo who a racist. IN my co, we hv many workmates of different nationalities n smu a from Africa, Asia n Europe. Any ACT RASCISM leads 2 contract termination, With Dubai Law.....u a jailed n later deported. No joke in dis matter here. In short, we shd learn 2 be tolerant 2 other pipo regaedless of our differences at work place, Best wishes at yr duty post.
