Assalamu alaikum wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuho. For a real believer or a Muhmin respect to ALLAH swt Commandment is the TOP PRIORITY than anything else in this transitory glittery life which is just a testing ground and not a play ground.. Why risk our lives if we lived for 60 years {lucky if we do} in a life full of entertainments/ glitters/ fun to a permanent/ eternal life which would be 60 trillion years and more. Pls don,t get us wrong my dear friends who celebrate and greet us this seasons greetings. Yes We love you but not your acts. We Love ALLAH swt even more than our lives. May ALLAH swt guide and protect us all. Yes we do fervently respect each fellow human being but not when it comes to matters esp xmas it is a BIG NO NO as it constitute a great blasphemy to Allah swt that HE has a begotten son which is a KUFR (disbelief) and SHIRK AL AKBAR (Polytheism= Major Sin). It doesnt make one a good muslim cos you respect others beliefs, in fact it nullifies that when you consent to what others do that disgraces Allah swt. Silence is not an option either cos one is afraid to hurt ones feelings/ friendships. In fact, maybe reminding is a responsibility for the one whose conviction is strong about his/her Deen. At least one is sure that on the Day of Judgment, your friends will not say oh, why did you not remind or tell us that our belief was wrong, We could have avoided the FIRE. And ALLAH swt will also ask us why we became silent only or maybe afraid to remind. can we say we are shy to our friends/teachers/ colleagues but we are NOT shy to ALLAH swt? Astagfirullah al azeem. Did we ever reflect too why ALLAH swt put us in a place/position where everyone surrounding us are non-muslims? Is it maybe because to remind others though difficult or hurting it may seem. But none hurts more than the FIRE of HELL. We can just give reminders, that is our jobs done, and it is only ALLAH who can guide. A real Muslim does not hate a group of people but a real muslim hates their acts (that insult ALLAH swt) and make duaa to give Tawfiq or light to all the darknesses one person or group is in.One must not just look at the size of the sin but look at the SIZE of the ONE you are DISRESPECTING and that is ALLAH swt. From HIM everyone came and TO HIM everyone will return to whether One RECOGNIZES HIM as our one true GOD, or NOT.... And Glad tidings to those who DO and follow ALL HISDOs and DONTsin full love and fear=Submission. ALLAHU AKBAR!
