Committee on Audio and Visuals: • Responsibilities: a. Checks the Projector and the Sound Systems for the program. b. Provides technical assistance during the lecture proper. • Number of Members: 4 - Male only 2. Committee on Snacks: • Responsibilities: a. Preparations of Snack and Drinks for the Guest Lecturers, Audience, and Volunteers. b. Snack distribution during the break. c. Provides water and candies before and during the program. • Number of Members: 15 Males and 15 Females 3. Committee on Mobilization: • Responsibilities: a. Fetch and escort the Guest Lecturers from the Hotel to the venue. b. Disseminate posters and flyers around the City. • Number of Members: 20 – Male only • Requires Vehicle of Transportation 4. Committee on Documentation: • Responsibilities: a. Take pictures of the crucial and important events in the program. b. Provide a Video recording of the whole program. c. Posting and uploading of pictures to the Organizer’s Facebook page. d. Write a summary report about the program. e. Oversees picture taking with the Guest Lecturers. • Number of Members: 5 males and 4 females • Requires Digital Camera and Video Camera 5. Committee on Usherette: • Responsibilities: a. Escort the guests and audience to their respective chairs. b. Provide assistance and direction for the Prayer area, ablution area, and comfort room. c. Disseminates and Collects papers for questions. d. Oversees the well-being of the Guests and Audience. • Number of Members: 10 Males and 10 Females 6. Committee on Registration: • Responsibilities: a. Registration of Names, address, profession, and contact/FB details of the audience. b. Provides name tags for the volunteers and different committee members. • Number of Members: 4 Males and 4 Females 7. Committee on Chair Arrangement: • Responsibilities: a. Arranges the chairs before the program – separate male and female. b. Provides chair assistance for incoming late audience. • Number of Members: 30 Males only 8. Committee on Stage Decoration and Cleanliness: • Responsibilities: a. Decoration of the venue. b.
