The applicant should not be less than 17 years old and not more than 25 years of age for undergraduate studies and The Institute for Arabic Language . 2. The applicant should not have received any other scholarship from other educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 3. All documents need to be certified by the competent authorities in the applicants country as well as the Saudi Embassy and the Saudi cultural centers in the applicants country. 4. To bring a no criminal record certificate from her countrys security apparatus. 5. The applicant should not have been terminated previously from any of educational institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . 6. The student should be accompanied by a Mahram (a male legal guardian ) according to the Regulations; this Mahram should have a scholarship, have a regular residence permit (Iqama) or be employed by a Saudi employer in need of his services. 7. The applicant should pass the medical examination and checkup as determined by the Regulations 8. To obtain a litter of no objection testified by government office to study in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 9.
