Whole Clean Garlic 10 Number 3. Fresh Rosemary 7 Pieces Small For the Mirnations 1. Cajun Spices 1 Tablespoon 2. Fresh Rosemary 1 Tablespoon 3. Paprika 1 Tablespoon 4. Black Peppers 1 Tablespoon 5. Salt 1 Teaspoon 6. Olive Oil 100 ML Method of Making 1. Clean the lamb Leg and make a whole and staff the clean whole Garlic 2. Add tall the spices with olive oil and rub it with on the lamb leg 3. After that while still hot pour it on a square glass dish 7. Add the Crackers on the second layer For the Custard Layer 1. Add the Milk in a small cooking pan 2. Add the Custard Powder and mix all nicely 3. Add the sugar and then place the pot on the fire 4. Cook till the Custard mixture till is thickens with smooth texture 5. After that while still hot pour it on a square glass dish 6. Add the Garnishing Coconut flicks and a little of cinnamon powder 7. Let set in the chillier for about over night and serve it during Hary Raya Dessert Arabic Mammoul Ingredients 1. 2 cup soft butter 2. 1 cup corn oil 3. 1/2 cup Qamr 4. 2 large eggs pill 5. 1 cup castor sugar powder 6. 1 teaspoon vanilla liquid 7. 6 cups flour 8. 1 teaspoon instant yeast soft 9. 2 tsp baking powder 10. 1 pinch salt 11. 1 cup milk The Filling 1. 3 cup minced Kurma (Date without Seed) 2. 3 Teaspoon of Arabic Mix Spices 3. 1 teaspoon Hill 4. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 5. ½ Cup of Icing Sugar Method of Making the Mammoul 1. In mixer bowl put the butter, oil and mix it in a bowl mixer speed medium speed for two minutes. Add the egg and mix it to a medium speed to completely. Bake the Mammoul dates for 12 minutes. Or depends on your oven till it is in golden color 9.
