Assemblers, Inc. is a leading provider of in-store and in-home assembly services. We provide merchandise assembly, installation, delivery and repair services for retailers, consumers, manufacturers, distributors and web based companies. Products include, but are not limited to fitness equipment, childrens play sets, game tables, basketball goals, grills, gun safes, lawn & garden equipment and many other products. Ideal applicant will have experience in this area, have existing business, and looking to supplement their income. This is a Contractor/1099 position. Must have a truck/trailer and a helper available when needed. Helper must be over 18 years old and also able to pass a background check. MUST HAVE FOLLOWING TOOLS: *Post hole digger *Auger *Impact Drill *Voltage Meter *Hammer Drill General Overview: Provide delivery, assembly, and service/repair services for customers who purchase merchandise from retail stores, within a reasonable geographical area. Position Responsibilities: *Scheduling and coordinating In Home jobs, service calls, delivery, and preventive maintenance services. * Reporting required information to the Corporate Office. * Ensuring helpers are available for any jobs requiring two or more people. * Exceeding customer expectations. * Ensuring efficient operations of area of responsibility. * Traveling to multiple customer locations to perform jobs or locations to pick up merchandise. Position Requirements: *2 years of industry related experience. *Required availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. *Excellent customer service and communication skills. *Must have cell phone and internet access. *Valid drivers license. *Must be at least 21 years of age. *Ability to provide a clean background and driving record. *Ability to pass a drug screen. *Reliable transportation. *Must provide own tools.
