Assembly Initiate Effort To Ease Traffic The Birim Central Municipal Assembly has taken steps to ease traffic on the main road at Akim Oda. To that end, the assembly is using part of its Urban Development Grant (UDG) to construct a by-pass from the MTTU/Nursing Training School to the main lorry park at Akim Oda.Mr Owusu Frempong-Boadu, the Muncipal Co-ordinating Director, said the construction of culverts along the road was about 80 percent complete.
