Crews monitoring Portage Diversion channel and dikes on Assiniboine River between Portage and Headingley. RM Portage la Prairie has lifted mandatory, voluntary evacuation orders for Delta Beach along the diversion. Levels on Assiniboine River cresting in St-Lazare. Peak flows are expected to last for a day or two. Dike in St-Lazare provides flood protection to 2011 levels plus four feet. Majority of homes in community protected.
