Assistant Director (Burlington) The Northeast Arc, an established Human Service agency recognized for its creative approach and state of the art services for persons with disabilities is seeking an enthusiastic candidate for the Assistant Director position for our medical model home in Burlington. We are an innovative home where the team consists of nurses and Direct Support Professionals supporting individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. Job duties to include: Oversee direct care and relief staff and assist with scheduling Assist residents in developing social and life skills both at home and in the community Assist individuals in maintaining their connection with the community Maintain and oversee the bookkeeping systems for all house and individual accounts and expenses Understand DDS regulations and complete ISP paperwork Willing to drive wheel chair van to medical appointments, across Metro Boston, North Shore and Central Massachusetts Oversee the data collection systems Ensure a healthy and clean environment Complete administrative tasks as assigned by Residential Director Perform staff trainings as needed, assist with new hire training Perform direct care duties as needed Coordinate repair of durable equipment.
