Work includes regular garden maintenance, grass cutting, pruning, hedge cutting, weeding and soft landscaping, a genuine interest in gardening and the ability to demonstrate basic gardening skills is essential. There are many different aspects to the job, an open mind and flexible attitude to the work is essential. The work is physically demanding and requires a reasonable level of fitness. Training will be given, and employees, after 3 months should be proficient in routine maintenance, and able to work unsupervised. Plant recognition and knowledge is an area of particular importance The business prides itself on being passionate about everything it does and all employees, part or full time, are expected to demonstrate this in every aspect of their work.
