Assistant Manager, Portfolio Growth and Segmentation Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Growth and Segment, you will be responsible for increasing the profitability of the credit card portfolio by driving various marketing initiatives - End to end planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, supported by profitable P&L, to meet the yearly budgeted revenue and other business KPIs - Review card loan product features and pricing for different portfolio segments via detailed portfolio and segmentation analysis - Perform post-program analysis and monitor program financials to ensure program’s effectiveness - Prepare portfolio MIS and commentary for senior management on portfolio performance and business forecast - Drive different internal and external parties, including credit risk, IT, operation, sales channels and external agencies to ensure efficient and effective implementation of planned initiatives - Ensure compliance to requirements of Legal and Regulatory bodies in each program Requirements: - Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing - With at least 4 years of solid experience in unsecured lending marketing, and a good knowledge of consumer loan products with strong business acumen - A good team player and detail-oriented - Self-motivated with strong analytical sense - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills **Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified** Attractive remuneration and fringe benefits will be given to the successful candidate.
