Assistant Manager RF Optimization - Telenor Degree(s)/Major(s): BE Electronics Experience Required: 4-6 Years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and Supervise the activities of his team which, among others, is responsible for *Managing the compliance of Key Performance Indicators of voice and data network, such as: CSSR DCR , MPD etc *Network Quality related stats monitoring *Arranging and performing (if required) Routine and Issue based Drive Testing *Regular follow up on Cell Level, BSC Level, City Level Statistics *Database, Parameters, Thresholds and Timer Optimization and Generation of all sorts of Work Orders to NOC for required changes *Periodic Benchmarking of RF Network of own and other Cellular Operators *Periodic and Issue Based Spectrum Analysis for external and internal interference *Regular follow up with FOPS for operational issues resolution *Active follow up for resolution of worst performing cells *New feature testing for quality improvement purpose *LAC optimization coordination with BSS planning and sharing of databases with all stake holders *Network BSS parameter update/ audit -Coordination with Regional Commercial units and use their input to identify improvement areas from quality point of view and take actions -Active and accurate contribution during budget and equipment requirement forecasts -Work proactively towards improving internal and external cooperation/coordination -Internal Coordination for better results of planned activities -Management of resources in a way that secures efficiency as well as meeting committed timelines -Understand, follow existing process while taking proactive approach for their betterment -Proactive approach during target setting and motivate/lead the team towards achieving them -Reporting the team activities and performance to the management. -Performance appraisal with proper guidance to individuals and quantifying individual as well as team strengths/weaknesses. -Exhibits Telenor values in daily routine tasks and align team objectives to the organizational strategies. -Demonstrates readiness to change and show commitment to organizational change.
