Assistant Payroll Manager Responsibilities: • Secure monthly payments of salaries to all employees is working well in the store. • Ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing. • Assist in the preparation of the monthly payroll submission to payroll vendor, statistic reports to internal and Management reporting. • Ensure accuracy in preparing all statutory related documents and/or reports for submission on a timely basis. • Required to liaise with statutory bodies i.e. Labour Office, IRB, EPF, SOSCO and etc. on matters relating to payroll administration matters. • Attend to all queries relating to payroll administration and processing related activities & matters. • Required to maintain employee database, time attendance system and other HR records in compliance with procedures and regulation requirement. • Understand and keep abreast with changes in local laws regulating compensation practices to maintain compliance with government regulations • Assist HRM on other HR initiatives and administration matters especially pertaining to compensation and benefits and rewards management Requirements: • Possess Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in any field • Min 5 year(s) of working experience, preferably in payroll is required for this position Qualified or interested candidates, please kindly apply in through emailing your CV to us at: career.bizhub@gmail or click on the link below and apply now.
