JOB-786660 Description This position is 15 hours a week. The duties of the successful candidate will include: Interacting with customers to effect sales of the gallery?s art and craft stocks. Assisting the Gallery Administrator in the general administration of the gallery including general correspondence, documenting artwork, maintaining stock records, handling of membership records and renewals, website maintenance, marketing, fundraising and other roles as allocated by the administrator. Handling/storage of artwork and assisting with displays. Occasional flexibility on working hours is required. Skills Requirements Administration/ Sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good organisation and marketing skills. Computer competence. Design/ photography skills an advantage. Art appreciation an advantage.
