This person sets a positive tone for the Chicago staff, and makes sure that our clients have the best possible customer experience. Primary Responsiblities: • Manages one or more Training Coordinators responsible for fulfilling client requests and maintaining customer satisfaction at a Chicago Loop location. • Determines client service requirements by working with sales and career services teams. • Investigates client problems and implements solutions. • Solicits feedback from clients on their client service experience. • Utilizes social media to respond to customer complaints and praise. Other duties include: • Greet all visitors and students, notifying the appropriate staff members when needed • Answer phone and direct calls to correct staff members • Check in testing candidates and proctor exams • Assist in classroom and room rental materials setup • Other duties as required.
