Assistant Store Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Job Description: •Assisting the Store Manager in executing store sales and operational goals. •Consistently creates a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting and well as quickly responding to customer inquires and needs. •Assists Store Manager to provide a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise. •Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on sales floor. •Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers. •Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery. •Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions. •Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand. •Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. •Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Desired Profile: •Bachelor Degree in Business management or relevant experience. •Min of 5 year’s experience in retail industry •Ability to act with a “customer comes first” attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. •Knowledge of the retail environment. •Exceptional sales and operational skills in a customer service environment. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Drives store efficiency by initiating tasks and delegating tasks to staff. •Team-building and strong problem solving skills. •Ability to use discretion in providing direction to others. •Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.Ability to demonstrate respect and integrity at all levels of the organization. •Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. •Ability to communicate and execute management directives. •Accountability for cash handling and banking needs of the store
