Assistant Swim Coach Needed- WBY Dolphins age group team is looking for qualified Assistant Swim Coach(s) to join the staff and be committed to the development of our team. Assistant Coach responsibilities include: •Working effectively with a variety of swimmers on a daily basis (ages/abilities) •Ability to coach young swimmers and teach them strong technical and training skills •Availability to work 2-4 evenings a week, and weekend meets as needed •Ability to communicate effectively with swimmers and parents •Coaching with a motivating, energetic, and positive attitude •Reporting directly to the Head Coach Qualifications: Applicants should have prior coaching experience or swimming experience and hold or be willing to obtain the following certifications: Coaches Safety Training or ARC Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid (as is required to obtain YMCA Swimming Coaching credentials).
