Associate, Performance & Reward Management Our client, who provides trustee and administration services for incentive plans that benefit employees and executives, is seeking an Associate who will collaborate with a team to manage a selected portfolio of client reward structures including Trusts and Companies. The successful candidate will provide technical support to the Share Awards team administrators; be approachable and accessible to the team members, offering guidance and development when required, assisting in identifying any training needs; and become an expert in relevant incentive schemes, and share that knowledge with the team. The incumbent will ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented for their clients; and be proactive in keeping up-to-date with current industry issues, e.g. changes in legislation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years comprehensive experience within a trust administrative reward or share plan environment; a professional qualification e.g. ACA/ICSA/STEP and preferably educated to degree level; and knowledge of local legislation/Corporate Governance.
