Location: WP - Kuala Lumpur Deadline: Nov 30, -1 Job Scope The Associate Windows Platform Engineer is responsible for architecting, designing, and installing Windows server solutions located within our hosted facilities providing Interactive Intelligence’s Communications as a Service (CaaS) offering. Qualified candidates will have in-depth knowledge of designing and managing Windows server solutions deployed in physical or virtual environments. The CaaS Systems Engineer will work closely with other team members to deliver a 99.999% service for our CaaS customers. Major Responsibilities/Activities •Responsible for the design, implementation, and documentation of data center infrastructure hosting our CaaS offering. •Responsible for design and configuration of Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows Failover Clustering. •Managing Hyper V cluster environments •Managing Windows 2012, 2008, 2003 systems •Performing OS patching, firmware upgrades, inventory management, antivirus system updates •Design and install of Intel based HP Proliant and Blade Systems. Racking/stacking/cabling experience a must •Responsible for level 3 support of data center infrastructure. •Working with team of Engineers to analyze and design overall CaaS offering to achieve 99.999% architecture with server virtualization, clustering, database, disaster recovery, and geographic redundancy.
