Manager-product Development (Bio Fertilizer) Experience: 4-6 years Industry: Bio-fertilizers/Bio-Agri input/Pesticide/Agri business Package: 4-5 lac (As per industry standard Requirements: >> Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities, i.e., new products (micro-nutrient) for existing business areas, new business areas for existing products as well as new products. >> Monitor actual usage, evaluate, and forecast demand for assigned customers, strategic partners and distributors, and provide as inputs to strategic and operational plans. >> Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor’s capabilities and activities and provide as inputs to strategic and operational plans. >> Should handle the entire business activities for the portfolio by establishing the operational goals & developing the strategic plans for the achievement of planned goals. >> Devising & implementing the marketing activities for successful launching of new products viz. development of literature, training to sales force and distributors, field demonstrations, etc. >> Developing the Marketing and sales collateral. >> Conceptualizing and executing of various Brand Promotional Schemes. >> Experience into Branding, Marketing, Product Development. >> Coordination with production department, QA, QC. >> Sales experience of any kind of Bio agri input products should be there. KRA: >> Development of new product line attuned to rural & urban agri-input. >> Events & promotions, promotion & schemes vis –vis ROI. >> Brand management >> Develop systems across the product team for MIS facilitation & synergy of operations. >> Cost sheets , budgets , Annual plans & budget plans for all the promotional activities. >> Forecasting for launches & part of inventory planning. >> Development of Marketing collateral & its execution. >> Advertising budget generation & usage. >> Monitor brand wise budget vis-vis actual expenditure.
