Assuming the Kingdom When this page was initially created, It was out of love for Disciples who had been scattered in the ICOC after the Henery Kriete letter was published. I noticed one day that a lot of us were on Facebook and from time to time It seemed as if, some of the brothers and sisters had been seriously scared emotionally and spiritually when reading some of their post. Its like they had returned back to there old lives prior to the ICOC. They had taken there eyes off the master, our King. How else could you explain it? Strike the Shepard and the sheep of the flock will scatter. Do you remember the Rose Bowl service? San Diego, the many back yard parties, Upside down club, sector vs sector sporting events, house hold bible talks and studies with new brothers and sisters to be? What happened? Were they ever really sold out. I believe they were.... But not to Christ, it was to the ICOC. So when it was struck, the obvious took its course. There has to be a way to revive this right? I thought. Believing that everyone understood below the surface that this is the Kingdom of God and that his teachings through Christ and the apostles ie the Bible took presidency over man, we should be able to correct this. Unite in Christ was created, many emails were sent out to everyone I could find who attended the ICOC. Talks with Kip and various leaders and brothers and sisters alike led to some interested in unity but a surprising majority dis- interest in. Wow I thought. After many months it dawned on me that I was assuming that brothers and sisters would respond because of the simple truth about the Kingdom. It was Christ Kingdom and not mans, so we should automatically do what the King has decreed. Unless.... some are in not in the Kingdom, but instead in the ICOC, ICC, Mainline etc. and not the Kingdom of the living God. Makes total complete sense. I had been assuming that if you bring to the body of Kingdom citizens a wrong that need to be made right it could be corrected. By simply just doing that, because we follow the Kings teachings. I was wrong. Now that the obvious problem, has been made clear. I am changing the focus of this group to all things Kingdom related. I am encouraging those of you who have been invited to this group to (no dis-respect) un-invite yourselves if a Kingdom focus and push to unite as one Kingdom becomes or is too conflicting with your current situation. I am a regular dude with no degree or full time ministry experience. I posses no accolades from the world that might cause you to flow me. I am not asking you to follow me. I am asking you though, as an individual to follow the King. Im following the King. If we together follow the King and teach his message/gospel of the Kingdom we can avoid what initially what separated us all in the first place. I LOVE the Kingdom. The one of the Bible. Let us all strive to enter that one and unify because of it and really, really, really to God be the Glory!!!!
