Astra 1.6 sxi with a b204 2.0 turbo saab 300+ bhp engine fitted Comes with a fresh 12 months MOT carried out today 19/01/2015 which passed with no advisorys. I converted this myself and know this car inside out so, dont hesitate to ask any questions. I work at a vauxhall main dealer so you can rest assured its all been converted and completed to a high standard. I wanted to opt for the stealth look hence no kit, spoiler or fancy wheels, just an irmscher backbox exhaust and lowered for the handling, like the feeling of pulling up next to something quick, surprising them and dusting them lol. The only thing you can see is not standard is the cheeky gauges under the heater controls, Ive even sprayed the intercooler black so it cannot be seen. The bodywork is in very good condition but please dont forget this isnt a brand new car so maybe the odd blemish here and there (just for the picky people out there) Its still registered as a 1.6 up to new keeper to change info if they so wish?? Its been converted to 5 stud with the bigger brakes and rear disc conversion. Spec of engine as follows:- Td04 turbo Uprated injectors Cross flow front mount intercooler Straight through exhaust from turbo to an irmscher backbox (not loud) has a nice noise and cant tell whats hiding under the bonnet... 3 bar map sensor T7 boost solenoid valve conversion Inverted recirculating dump valve to handle the higher pressure Stage 4 map running 1.5 bar boost 21/22psi approx 300+ bhp with a shed load of torque... Its just had fresh oil and filter with the conversion aswell as fresh coolant change and brake fluid change also. Its got 4x new continental sport contact tyres 2x new genuine drop links New pads all round New aux belt and tensioner New sachs 3 piece clutch kit These engines are stronger than the usual gsi z20let/h conversion, these are fully forged from the factory and are capable of over 500bhp on stock internals. Please note this is just my play toy that i use every now and again and as such is not my daily driver (i have a sensible family car too 😀) so im in no rush to sell and will only swap for something nice. A lot of work and effort has been put into this, its not been thrown together like most conversions so please dont insult me offering me an cheap car unless your willing to add the cash to top it up.
