Assigned to USS Matterhorn for the duration of this mission. Objective is Takaar Nebula, grid area F6, G-009D. Background: rumours have been received reporting that highly toxic & contaminated waste is being dumped illegally in the Nebula. Purpose: to establish the truth of the information received, and take the necessary and appropriate action to both contain the gas and find the culprit(s). Should the rumours be true, then, depending on the nature of the waste, the affect on the Takaar Nebula and surrounding space could potentially be disastrous. Number of days: indeterminate Will proceed date: 131016 Security Clearance: Level 2, Need to know, with reference to General Order 5*.
