At 1033hrs this morning CLFD was dispatched to a MVA at Torrence Chapel and Knox rd. Squad8 arrived and advised he had a two vehicle MVA with a leak coming from the container truck. Engine2 arrived and was assigned pt care on the occupant of the SUV and leak control and confinement. Rescue4 arrived for oil dry. E2 advised approx 35 gallons of hydraulic oil had spilled and no injuries to either party. E2 and R4 confined and contained the leak to the asphalt and command notified EPA. Truck Co called cleanup company and all Cornelius units cleared the scene.
