At 11 today I received a message from one of you about a lady holding a sign near Kroger. At that moment, I was eating lunch and I looked out the window and there she stood across the street. I walked out and inquired about her situation. Her story didnt add up to me and I didnt feel like I should help. About 2, one of you called to see if I had a bed for a lady sleeping on a concrete floor. I drove to meet the lady. One of you had shared a fold-up bed with me to help someone. I went home, picked it up, and brought the bed back to the woman. While helping that woman, I was introduced to a homeless young man. I picked him up and took him to the empty home of a Loving Neighbor to stay a few days. I picked up some groceries for him from your donations. One I didnt help. One now sleeps in a bed. One now has a roof over his head and food this cold night. Thank you all for working as one body to share the love of God with others. May God warm your hearts for the love you show. Thank you...
