At 12:15 this morning, a miracle occurred in my life. A woman named June Mctier asked to be my Facebook friend and then messaged me: Hi Donald. At first, I didnt recognize her and assumed she was a member of one of the numerous groups that I visit here on Facebook. I replied and she asked if I knew who she was. So, I looked closer at her profile and her face picture. Thats when tears began welling up in my eyes. June was my babysitter around 1968 and one of my very first friends. I was around three or four at the time and I remember she was loving, laughed and had a lovely smile. I remember she had a round blue ball radio and I asked for one from my mother. My mom bought me a red one which was disappointing to me because I wanted one just like June had. This is my first friend whom I havent see in about 46 years. We are planning on meeting for coffee later this week in Saint Paul! I am genuinely moved.
