At 2 p.m. on ESPN today...the WVU Mountaineers return to the bowl game scene as they take on Texas A&M in Memphis. It will be WVUs 33 bowl appearance and second visit to the Liberty Bowl. And, it will be the first time these two teams have entered battle against each other. Skylar Howard will be at the helm for WVU, replacing Clint Trickett, who hung up his cleats after suffering his fifth concussion in 14 months. WVU is a slight favorite on the Las Vegas circuit but we all know that the game must be decided on the field. Winning in Memphis would be a great way to close out this season. We have proven out mettle, playing one of the toughest schedules in the nation which included games against 3 of the top six teams (Alabama, Baylor and TCU) during the season--with one win against those teams and super performances against the other two, it is time to make our post-season appearance memorable!!
