At 3:08 Terry Dwyer nicely summarizes what might be called Geo-libertarian socialism: Most of us would like to have something for nothing, but the truth is we cant have that. So what we should do is to make sure our labor and our efforts are untaxed, and that the free ride is enjoyed by us all collectively through the community, instead of making sure that valuable natural resources end up in the hands of a select few, who can grow fat on the labor of others. But again, I dont agree with the videos premise that Henry George was advocating a property tax on land. He was not. He wanted a tax on economic rent, which is a special income tax on GAINS derived from land, labor and capital under Pollock v. Farmers Loan (1895), but also is a tax on corporate privilege under Flint v. Stone Tracy (1911), where such a privilege is used in the exploitation of land, labor and capital.
