At Burger Craft in Hongdae, I forgot to take pictures, so sorry - TopicsExpress

At Burger Craft in Hongdae, I forgot to take pictures, so sorry about that, but I believe someone posted about it before. Either way, Ill be back. The cook (maybe owner?) came out and let my friend and I know about the new additions to their menu. You could customize your burger with an extra patty, cheese, or bacon. And you get to choose how its cooked. There was also macaroni and cheese, which you can also add bacon too (not sure if you could add and extra patty too, but you could probably ask the cook about it.) The macaroni and cheese was good, but the amount was smaller than I wouldve like. The fries were good and crispy. We ordered some cheese sauce, which I poured on my burger, but there was still some to dip the fries in. This stuff was great. Id take a bath in it, but then Id probably regret that, because you know, its cheese. You shouldnt take a bath in cheese. Youll ruin your body, and more importantly, the cheese. Anyway, the bacon and cheese burger that I ordered with an extra patty (because I like being fat (thats probably a lie)), was one of the best burgers that Ive had in Seoul. Taste is pretty subjective, so I can really only say that I enjoyed the hell out of it and after finishing it and picking what little bits fell out on my plate, I kept looking down at my plate, completely full, and still wishing there was more because it was so good. It was a first world problem burger. I wanted to eat another burger, but if I did, Id probably die happy at the moment of consumption. Anyway, I highly recommend this place. As far as I remember, you go to Hongdae, I think out exit 2. Then turn left (maybe). Then walk to a street. Then turn right (Maybe). Then at a restaurant called Something Something 집 (MAYBE?), turn right and swerve to your left and keep looking to your left and youll see it (MAYBE?!). I dont know. Use a GPS thing.
