At Jamestown Computer Inc. you never need an appointment. Our store is open Monday thru Friday 8 am to 6 pm - Simply bring us your laptop w/ Power cord or tower ONLY (No cables etc...nothing) just the tower. We will fill out a work order and sign your machine in for repair. We DO NOT and will not stop and trouble shoot your machine on the spot. We work on a first come first serve basis. Our repairs ONLY take 2 - 3 days depending on the problem or if any parts maybe needed. You never need an appointment. Our store is open 10 hours a day - 5 days a week. Come visit us we are always here to help. Emergency Services are available for a FEE to be a priority and we will move you to the front of the line.
