At Prime Corner - parked my car. A marked SAPS car pulls up next to me with two women in plain clothes. Driver opens her door and bashes my car hard!! Goes Hai shem! And keeps walking! So I get out to look at the passenger door and the two of them start going off at me! The passenger tell me Im overrecting..
