At Results Driven, we plan to ramp up the intensity of our lean - TopicsExpress

At Results Driven, we plan to ramp up the intensity of our lean eating and exercise programs at set points throughout the year, like we recently did with our New Year, New You Transformation Challenge. That doesnt mean we lose focus during the transition times between challenges. In order to avoid the post-challenge hangover, make sure you continue to focus on the fundamentals that lead to your success. 1. Track lean eating (aka consistently keep a food journal). 2. Keep a record of your exercise. If you are not used to doing so, start simple by tracking the basics of what you do, when you do it, and for how long. 3. Get measurements (aka body fat percentage) done on a regular basis to make sure you are progressing. Tracking your weight and body fat percentage together can give you valuable information such as the amount of lean mass (aka muscle) gained and fat lost. 4. Talk to a qualified professional about your progress and plan going forward on a regular basis. This is as simple as a quick conversation every 2 weeks to review your Results and identify any issues before they cause you to fall off track. Whether you took part in our NYNY challenge and want to stay on track, or you are looking to get started, simply follow the four steps above and you will make consistent progress toward the body of your dreams and become stronger then you ever thought was possible. Results Driven members can take advantage of our Measurement sale. 20 Measurements (weight and body fat percentage) is normally $199. For a limited time, we are offering 20 Measurements for only $99. Simply talk to one of your Results Driven coaches or email us at resultsdriventraining@gmail. Offer ends Saturday 4/19. Are you Results Driven?!
